Description
The presenter shares lessons learned through presentation of case material from several child criminal capacity cases. Each case presented provides a summary of the lessons learned and of areas which practitioners undertaking psycho-legal criminal capacity assessments need to address or be mindful of. These include the importance of full history-taking, perusal of the SAPS docket, and detailed examination of early child development.
