This is a series of four participatory 2-hour workshops for parents, in person at my practice, or online. Minimum 5 participants, create your own group or be added to waiting list for next group. The workshops will be semi-structured, but make space for input by parents for what they would like to address. Key focus areas:

– Identifying factors which shape how we parent our children

– Participant identification of particular issues to address in the parent-child relationship

– Exploring the kind of person we would like our child to be

– Examining role and key functions and duties of parents

– Discussion of the attachment framework, and how what we know guides us to optimal parenting

– Promotion of secure attachments
